PRODUCT INFORMATION CARD
Alpenmöbel provides the customer with a product information card* in which all the materials used in making its products are specified. The card also gives suggestions about the maintenance of furniture in wood and other useful information.
In this way we recognize the right of the prospective customer to be given clear and complete information about everything he intends to buy, thus avoiding misunderstandings - a new concept in the relationship between producer/supplier/customer that helps to establish principles of loyalty, transparency and objectivity.

*The PRODUCT INFORMATION CARD is in compliance with the law of 10 April 1991 n°126, "Regulations for consumer information" and the Decree of 8 February 1997 n°101, "Regulation for implementation".
